Delivery & site requirements
Saunas ship as crated freight, and delivery day needs a little planning. Here’s what to sort out before you buy.
- Delivery method
- Residential freight, delivered curbside or to the end of your driveway. The truck may be an 18-wheeler and may not be able to enter your driveway.
- Unloading
- You are responsible for getting the crate off the truck. The carrier’s driver is not responsible for unloading, so arrange equipment or people in advance.
- Crate size & weightPending authorized dealer confirmation
- Crate dimensions and weight for this model are confirmed with you before purchase. Across crated saunas generally, expect something large and heavy enough to need machinery or a prepared crew.
- Site access
- Check that a full-size freight truck can reach your address: road width, low branches, tight turns, weight limits, and somewhere the truck can stop safely to unload.
- Base preparationPending authorized dealer confirmation
- Saunas need a level, prepared base: typically a concrete pad, patio stones, or a suitable deck. The exact requirement for this model is confirmed before purchase.
- Heater & accessoriesPending authorized dealer confirmation
- Heaters and accessories may be sold separately depending on the model, and a heater has to suit both the product and the sauna’s cubic footage. We confirm what is and isn’t included before you order.
